At PARKIT, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your selection isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensure all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
